Director of Finance - Remote

Overview

The Director of Finance will lead and elevate the company’s finance, accounting, treasury, and FP&A functions, providing oversight across all finance and accounting activities.

• Lead and manage finance, accounting, treasury, and FP&A functions.

Requirements

• BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong expertise in ASC 606, ASC 310, ASC 326/CECL, ASC 842.
• Experience in fintech, lending, or software industries preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• High integrity and strategic mindset.
