Graduate Machine Learning Intern - Remote

Overview

We are seeking talented graduate students for research internships at Iambic Therapeutics to contribute to the development of flagship technologies, including NeuralPLexer, a protein structure prediction platform, and Enchant, the multi-modal transformer model for drug discovery and clinical development. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge machine learning approaches for structural biology and drug development.

In Short

• Help develop and train deep learning models for protein structure prediction and/or molecular property prediction
• Assist in implementing new model architectures and training strategies
• Contribute to our model evaluation framework
• Participate in team meetings and present findings to the machine learning group

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a PhD program in Computational Chemistry, Computational Biophysics, Computer Science, Computational Biology, or related field
• Experience with Python
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred)
• Interest in scientific machine learning applications
