Overview

An exciting part-time internship opportunity for graduate students to work on machine learning approaches for protein structure prediction at Iambic Therapeutics.

In Short

• Contribute to the development of NeuralPLexer, a protein structure prediction platform.
• Help develop and train deep learning models for protein structure prediction.
• Work with molecular dynamics simulations to validate model predictions.
• Analyze large-scale protein structural data.
• Assist in implementing new model architectures and training strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and present findings.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a PhD program in a related field.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with enhanced sampling and molecular dynamics simulations.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred).
• Understanding of protein structure and dynamics.
• Interest in scientific machine learning applications.
