Fall Machine Learning Intern - Remote

Overview

As a machine learning intern in our Advance Technology Group at Pinterest, you will be exposed to a full spectrum of ML product development, focusing on developing cutting-edge technologies for Pinterest’s visual understanding modules and recommender systems.

In Short

• Develop and launch new user features using unique internal datasets and ML techniques.
• Gain hands-on experience with production ML systems.
• Contribute in cutting-edge research in machine learning and AI.
• Write clean, efficient, and sustainable code.
• Take proactive ownership over your tasks and projects.
• Work full-time from September-December 2025.
• Must be pursuing a PhD or Master’s in a relevant field.
• Mastery of at least one systems language and one ML framework.
• Strong passion for research and applied ML.
• Publications in relevant technical fields are a plus.

Requirements

• Experience in Computer Vision, Visual Search, and Recommendation Systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
