OTC Sales (Crypto) - Remote

Overview

We are currently working with a leading crypto exchange who are looking to expand their OTC business and looking to hire sales for their desk. The candidate will work on building new business with clients across OTC and Institutional holders, working with a global support team for most of the clients needs.

In Short

• Develop relationships in the OTC space with large institutions like Family Offices, Banks, Exchanges, Brokers, VC’s, Hedge Funds, Proprietary Trading firms and UHNW clients.
• Work closely with clients on building customised trade strategies and manage execution of OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading etc).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes.
• Provide market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to attract new clients and expand OTC trading business.
• Prepare KYC program with compliance team to onboard overseas/domestic OTC clients and make sure all processes are conducted within legal frame.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in on/off ramp OTC trading either from a crypto exchange or an independant OTC desk;
• Proven track record in building and managing multicultural relationships with institutions;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment.
• Fluent in English.
