In Short

• Assess legal risks and provide strategic legal solutions on potential projects and investments.
• Responsible for key documents such as subscription agreements and limited partnership agreements.
• Draft side letters and handle investor relations.
• Provide legal guidance on investment transactions and fund structuring.
• Advise clients on fund-related regulations and ensure compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements.
• Work closely with investment teams to structure deals and assess legal risks.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably in Financial Services or FinTech.
• Experience with a top-tier law firm is highly desirable.
• Expertise in the crypto-regulatory landscape is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience with cross-border transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct legal due diligence on investments.
• In-depth knowledge of fund regulations and compliance standards.
• Confidence in managing client relationships and negotiating agreements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
