We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company is the first RWA DeFi protocol leveraging Big-data & AI to connect on-chain investors to sustainable and uncorrelated yields from real-world private credit.

• Plan and execute a comprehensive marketing campaign for our token launch.
• Develop and manage a robust content strategy.
• Shape and maintain our brand voice and identity.
• Foster a vibrant, active community on social media platforms.
• Identify and establish partnerships with other projects.
• Plan, organize, and manage events.
• Oversee the management of our marketing website.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in DeFi/Web3 marketing.
• Experience maximizing sales and community growth through social media.
• Experience managing various marketing channels and PR campaigns.
• Experience with SEO and Web3 content management systems.
• Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem and blockchain technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
