Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

As our Solutions Engineer, you will consult development teams at leading global brands looking to adopt Hygraph. You will closely work with our Senior Account Executives, and Head of Global Sales, to win new enterprise customers, guide CTOs and Software Engineers on optimally using Hygraph in their ambitious projects, and be part of a vibrant community of GraphQL enthusiasts.

In Short

• Support the sales process from a technical point of view.
• Present Hygraph technology and vision to executives and technical contributors.
• Showcase developer functionality to prospects.
• Advise new customers on their solution approach.
• Maintain a broad and deep technical understanding of the product roadmap.
• Conduct technical workshops and onboarding.
• Help the sales team to win new enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Software Developer.
• Strong understanding of modern technical frameworks.
• Ability to convey product knowledge effectively.
