Overview

The Service and Repair Manager is responsible for leading the service and repair team, ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction while fostering a positive work culture.

In Short

  • Lead and mentor the service and repair team.
  • Develop and implement service procedures and policies.

  • Create repair Bills of Materials (BOMs) with vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer service actions.
  • Oversee daily work schedules and approve time off.
  • Ensure adherence to budget and corporate goals.
  • Encourage a positive team culture and provide feedback.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lead and think strategically.
  • Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds as required.
