The General Manager will lead the launch and growth of a new insurance leads marketplace, transforming it into the go-to source of high-intent insurance leads across multiple sectors.

  • Own the full P&L for the Insurance vertical.
  • Implement performance marketing strategies and optimize channel ROI.
  • Collaborate with engineering/design on product and data initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Recruit and manage top talent across various functions.
  • Establish a culture of ownership and clarity within the team.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in two-sided marketplaces or regulated lead-gen.
  • Experience with performance marketing and funnel analytics.
  • Familiarity with TCPA/DNC requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions with incomplete data.
  • Experience in scaling operations in a multi-state environment.
  • Hands-on experience with lead quality and routing processes.
  • Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of the insurance domain is a plus.
  • Spanish language skills are advantageous.
