Overview

As a Talent Sourcer (Outbound) at Huzzle, you will identify and engage high-potential sales candidates across key markets, playing a crucial role in filling our talent pipeline.

In Short

• Source and identify SDR candidates using various channels.
• Conduct outbound outreach and message candidates directly.
• Pre-qualify candidates and invite them into our AI interview funnel.
• Hit weekly outreach and sourcing targets.
• Work closely with the Talent team to optimize sourcing strategy and messaging.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or outbound talent outreach.
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, ATS tools, or sourcing platforms.
• Detail-oriented, fast executor, and goal-driven mindset.
• Bonus: experience recruiting in regions like South East Asia, Africa, or LATAM.
