In Short

• Identify and engage high-potential sales candidates (SDRs / AEs)
• Responsible for top-of-funnel outreach
• Source and identify SDR candidates using LinkedIn and job boards
• Conduct outbound outreach and message candidates
• Pre-qualify candidates for AI interview funnel
• Hit weekly outreach and sourcing targets
• Work with the Talent team to optimize sourcing strategy

Requirements

• Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use LinkedIn and other tools effectively
• Goal-oriented with a focus on metrics
