We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a remote sales job focused on outbound prospecting within the staffing and recruitment industry. This role is ideal for a high-energy, results-driven professional with experience selling into HR, staffing, or recruitment companies.

In Short

  • Conduct 100–120 outbound cold calls daily, targeting HR leaders, staffing firms, and recruitment agencies.
  • Schedule 10–15 qualified sales appointments per week.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (Pipedrive).
  • Research prospects using tools like ZoomInfo to identify high-value leads.
  • Collaborate with senior sales executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Support additional sales-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales, preferably in staffing or recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Pipedrive.
  • Proficiency in using sales research tools like ZoomInfo.
