QA Tester - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a meticulous QA Tester with a strong background in SaaS application testing. You'll be responsible for validating developer tasks, conducting comprehensive project testing before client handoff, and maintaining clear documentation and user manuals.

In Short

• Review and test all developer tasks before completion to ensure data accuracy, functionality, and UI/UX consistency.
• Conduct end-to-end testing across projects, covering form logic, workflow automation, integrations, and user permissions.
• Document test cases, steps, and outcomes in a structured format.
• Create clear, user-friendly manuals and internal guides, including screenshots and process flows.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and share test results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of QA testing experience in SaaS applications.
• Strong proficiency in testing tools like BrowserStack, TestRail, Postman, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking platforms (Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello).
• Basic understanding of APIs and Webhooks.
• Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to document clearly.
• Experience creating manuals, process maps, and test scenarios.
