As a Support Engineer (Voice Technology) at SecureCo, you will provide Level 2 & 3 technical support for enterprise partners, focusing on voice technology solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of B2B enterprise support experience with VoIP technologies.
• Proven experience with complex B2B infrastructure and voice solutions.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with VoIP/SIP Telephony.
• Deep understanding of SIP Protocol and VoIP architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly research new technologies.
