CRO/UX Expert (Part-Time) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced expert in Landing Page Optimization to significantly improve the conversion rates and closing rates of our campaigns. The ideal candidate has deep UX knowledge, can independently create mockups, and has solid experience with relevant tools to ensure data-driven optimization.

In Short

• Analyze and optimize landing pages regarding performance KPIs (conversion rate, closing rate, bounce rate)
• Create and implement A/B tests and multivariate tests
• Develop UX-optimized mockups to enhance user guidance
• Utilize and implement heatmaps, session recordings, and conversion tracking
• Recommend and set up appropriate tools for testing and optimization
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to implement optimizations

Requirements

• Experience in landing page optimization with a focus on performance
• Strong UX understanding and expertise in user behavior & conversion psychology
• Hands-on experience with mockup tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq)
• A/B testing & conversion optimization with tools like VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize
• Experience with heatmap & behavior tracking tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg)
• Knowledge in web analytics & tracking setups (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM)
• Understanding of CRO techniques (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Experience collaborating with marketing and dev teams
