Senior SEO Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager who is passionate about SEO, data-driven, and thinks strategically as well as operationally. This position supports our team in daily operations and the expansion of our SEO strategies – 100% remote.

In Short

• Development, implementation, and monitoring of SEO strategies (Onpage & Offpage)
• Conducting keyword analyses, competitive observations, and potential analyses
• Deriving recommendations from tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Sistrix, or SEMrush
• Collaboration with content, dev, and performance teams for SEO integration
• Creation of reports and continuous performance tracking
• Identification and implementation of technical optimization potentials in close collaboration with Tech/Dev

Requirements

• Several years of experience in SEO, ideally in e-commerce or agency environments
• Very good knowledge of technical, content-related, and structural SEO topics
• Experience with common SEO and web analysis tools (e.g., GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Sistrix, Screaming Frog)
• Analytical understanding and data-driven work
• Independent, structured working style with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage
