Overview

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and experienced Production Estimator with a strong background in residential and low to mid-rise commercial construction. The ideal candidate is analytical, accurate, and proactive in managing cost estimations and project margins.

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from construction plans.
• Develop and maintain detailed costings and job orders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estimator in construction.
• Tertiary qualification in a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and pricing.
• Proficiency with Buildertrend and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
