• Professional certification like CCP is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing sectors like injection molding and CNC processes.
• Proficient in 3D CAD tools and estimating software.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
