ABA Case Supervisor: Behavior Consultant/Licensed Behavior Specialist (BC-ABA) - Remote

Overview

ABA Case Supervisors: BC-ABAs are responsible for organizing and maintaining data collection and statistical analysis systems for programs; conducting behavioral assessments and program implementation; directing clinical activities and staff/parent training.

In Short

• Maintain confidentiality as outlined by HIPAA protocols.
• Collect and record data based on client observable behavior.
• Develop and write FBA’s and individual treatment plans (ITP).
• Write progress notes and supervision notes.
• Guide and train in the implementation of treatment sessions.
• Develop behavior protocols for clients.
• Meet billable requirements as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Conduct VB-MAPP assessments and other assessments as needed.
• Review graphs and make intervention changes.
• Maintain certification of PA Behavior Specialist License.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field.
• Licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS).
• At least 6 months experience under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
