Overview

We are looking for a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor to add to our team! You will supervise Crisis Support Workers and promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program.

In Short

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers from Monday to Friday.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services.
• Preferred two years of experience in Child Welfare.
• Compassionate and eager to learn.
• Desire to help children and families.
• Strong advocacy skills.
