Project Manager (Healthcare Technology) - Remote

Overview

Humata Health Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager (PM) to join our Delivery team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our healthcare clients by serving as their trusted advisor and advocate. You will guide customers through their journey with Humata Health, driving implementation efforts, adopting Humata products, retention/expansion, and overall satisfaction while promoting long-term partnerships.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Humata Health’s products, from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
• Demonstrate ownership of the team strategy for achieving project objectives.
• Own and maintain comprehensive project plans to track customer projects.
• Identify and drive necessary steps to achieve project objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal project teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to project issues, risks, and tasks.
• Implement a comprehensive communication plan for each project.
• Lead testing and training activities to prepare customers for go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Ensure customer workflows align with product functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
• Experience with healthcare software and familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs.
• Experience with PowerBI, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations is highly desirable.
