Overview

The IBM Integration & WebMethods Support Engineer will support IT operations at customers, focusing on integration technologies and ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Act as the Single Point of Contact for customers.
• Handle incident resolution and change implementation.
• Provide on-call support as part of a 24/7 standby team.

Requirements

• Experience supporting IT operations in integration.
• Knowledge of IBM integration technologies.
• Basic experience in Java or .NET.
• Familiarity with networking and security principles.
• Understanding of DevOps principles.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Atlassian and GitLab.
• Strong communication skills.
• EU citizenship is required.
• Willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns is a plus.
