Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in designing soft-skills learning content.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and SCORM/xAPI.
• Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
• Project management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Experience using performance data for improvement.
• Advanced user of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English (B2 minimum).
