In Short

  • Become a subject matter expert in GoFundMe Pro’s integrations and API offerings.
  • Escalate complex problems and performance trends to management.
  • Validate bugs reported by the Care team and communicate issues to management.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and update training resources.
  • Develop recommendations for enhancements to company technology.
  • Work closely with Product Managers on bug prioritization and new features.
  • Own customer experience related to unexpected platform behavior.
  • Attend scrum meetings and support account management as needed.
  • Write detailed JIRA tickets for issues and bugs.
  • Introduce new ideas and solutions to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical problems clearly.
  • Understanding of SaaS products and integrated systems.
  • Process-oriented with resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ownership in coordinating with engineering teams.
  • Ability to drive performance metrics and adapt to client needs.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and proactive learning.
  • Ability to identify trends and present actionable solutions.
  • Experience with integrations (Analytics and CRMs) preferred.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Ads and GA4 preferred.
