In Short

• Lead all phases of the product life cycle from inception to marketplace introduction.
• Develop products to meet specific customer needs and achieve success outcomes.
• Monitor product efficacy using customer and business partner feedback.
• Configure, test, deploy, and iterate personalized journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Collaborate with data analytics to build audience segments in Adobe Experience Platform.
• Conduct rigorous QA across events, wait steps, and personalization rules.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for AJO/AEP capabilities.
• Work in agile cross-functional environments.
• Communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Adjust products over time to meet desired outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing operations or lifecycle marketing experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Strong understanding of customer journey logic and event triggers.
• Detail-oriented in managing journey flows.
• Comfortable working in pod-based or agile environments.
• Adobe certifications in AEP or AJO are a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Real-Time CDP or event tagging.
• Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or financial services.
• Exposure to JSON or API-driven personalization.
• Understanding of NBA personalization logic frameworks.
