As a Senior Associate, Process Transformation & Optimization, you’ll play a key role in identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements across marketing execution, regulatory workflows, and operational delivery.

In Short

• Identify and implement process improvements across various workflows.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives.
• Create detailed process maps and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Monitor performance metrics to evaluate improvements.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and root cause analysis.
• Ensure alignment on workflow goals with business and technical teams.
• Support innovation in marketing operations.
• Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement or operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools.
• Exposure to change management frameworks.
