Join Humana’s Integrated Marketing Analytics team as a Senior Associate, where you’ll lead efforts to build a scalable experimentation framework that drives continuous improvement across marketing.

In Short

• Lead the development of a Test & Learn Center of Excellence.
• Establish standards for test design and governance.
• Build and maintain a centralized Test & Learn database.
• Promote key findings and share success stories.
• Support development of dashboards and reporting tools.
• Foster a test and learn community within the marketing organization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Drive adoption of Test & Learn processes.
• Ensure consistency and collaboration across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics or experimentation.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to design and evaluate marketing experiments.
• Experience building scalable processes for experimentation.
• Minimum of 2 years in communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Exposure to healthcare marketing environments preferred.
