Overview

The Print Project Manager (P3) is responsible for overseeing large-scale print production operations to ensure regulatory compliance, service level adherence, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong project management capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication skills to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

• Oversee the print production and distribution of Enterprise outbound mail correspondence.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve production goals.
• Lead large scale projects, including objective setting and team assignments.
• Develop project timelines and oversee daily activities to ensure milestones are met.
• Serve as the subject matter lead on correspondence projects.
• Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and sustain positive relationships with print and fulfillment vendors.
• Coordinate savings initiatives such as migrating correspondence to digital platforms.
• Manage and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for production activities.
• Use skills to make an impact in the organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant print production or project management experience.
• Experience in high-volume print production management.
• Proficiency in project management and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with print technology and production tracking software.
• Strong financial and business acumen required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
