In Short

  • Analyze and forecast financial and economic data.
  • Provide information for strategic and operational decisions.
  • Work on problems of diverse scope and complexity.
  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information.
  • Evaluate industry and market trends for forecasting.
  • Analyze revenues, expenses, costs, and cash flow.
  • Advise executives on financial strategies.
  • Lead and manage special projects.
  • Exercise independent judgment on complex issues.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years of finance and/or accounting experience.
  • 2+ years of project leadership experience.
  • Experience advising senior leadership on financial strategies.
  • Knowledge of complex accounting and financial transactions.
  • Ability to develop methods for complex analyses.
  • Passionate about improving consumer experiences.
  • Master's Degree or CPA preferred.
  • Prior health insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with Wisconsin Medicaid programs is a plus.
