Senior Implementation Business Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Manage business implementations with limited IT involvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for non-standard contractual requirements.
• Create and manage project plans for market rollouts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational decisions.
• Identify and solve problems impacting business management.
• Build and maintain relationships across the organization.
• Engage in ad hoc projects to support team members.
• Improve standard operating procedures for efficiency.
• Work remotely within the eastern time zone.
• Travel up to 25% to Humana office locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of formal Project Management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Change Management.
• 3+ years in a managed care healthcare system.
• Experience in Medicaid and/or Medicare.
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Certifications in Prosci, Six Sigma, or Project Management Institute preferred.
