Overview

As a Medicare Sales Field Agent, you will engage with the community, build relationships, and drive sales of health insurance products while working independently.

Requirements

• Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain.
• Experience in sales and community engagement.
• Proficient in technology and CRM tools.
• Strong communication skills, bilingual preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with public speaking and presentations is a plus.
• Must reside within assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings.
• Commitment to protecting member PHI/HIPAA information.
