Overview

The Learning Design Professional 2 uses instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to address knowledge and performance gaps. This role involves analyzing content, designing learning solutions, and partnering with subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Ability to travel occasionally to office meetings.
• Experience in consumer-centric environments preferred.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of health care or insurance settings is beneficial.
