In Short

  • Manage the product life cycle for Part D benefits.
  • Monitor Prescription Drug Plan product performance.
  • Engage in Part D bid filings and product changes.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Part D benefits.
  • Provide updates to functional leaders.
  • Identify product gaps and recommend changes.
  • Translate information into Member Annual Communications.
  • Work independently and collaboratively.
  • Meet CMS deadlines and manage workloads.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Medicare, Medicaid, or Pharmacy Benefits experience.
  • 1+ years of project management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Collaborative experience across departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Auditing experience is a plus.
