The Installation Administration Representative II establishes and manages relationships with internal and external clients, coordinating the end-to-end process from the point of sale to members loaded in the system, ID cards issued, claims opened for processing, and certifications issued.

In Short

  • Coordinate the installation process from sale to member onboarding.
  • Perform moderately complex administrative tasks.
  • Utilize the MTV system for operations.
  • Work independently with attention to detail.
  • Must work Eastern Standard Time hours.
  • Requires good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required.
  • Full-time position with 40 scheduled weekly hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with MTV system.
  • Understanding of Humana commercial products (Dental, Vision, Life).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Internet speed requirements for work-from-home setup.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Prior installation experience is a plus.
  • Experience with NCAM system is preferred.
  • Knowledge of disability commercial products is a plus.
