The 401k Sales Activation Coordinator will support the implementation process for new clients at Human Interest, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement during onboarding.

• Support onboarding of new clients by collecting necessary information.
• Proactively reach out to clients for account set-up calls.
• Conduct benefits analysis with Quality Control team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial or retirement industry.
• Working knowledge of the 401(k) product.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client plans effectively.
• Proficient in applications like Zoom, Gmail, and Microsoft/Google Workspace.
