Overview

The Business Psychologist will serve as the Product Owner for the psychometric assessment suite, leading product development initiatives and ensuring successful project execution.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social sciences (IO psychology preferred).
• 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Expertise with psychometrics and assessment tool design.
• Experience with SPSS/Jamovi/R and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to operate independently.
• Technical communication skills with technology teams.
• Experience in building assessment systems or platforms.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence solutions is desirable.
