International HR Ops (with Legal Focus) - EMEA Remote

Overview

As the only HR Ops at Hugging Face, you will manage and improve HR processes while supporting the team in various HR-related matters.

In Short

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes worldwide.
• Support team with benefits, visas, salary, agreements, PTO, and stock options.
• Coordinate recruitment-related tasks with the Talent Acquisition Lead.
• Enhance the HR environment.
• Work with external accountants to manage payroll.
• Communicate with external service providers globally.

Requirements

• Background in law and comfortable with employment law questions.
• Experience in HR operations including onboarding and offboarding.
• Ability to work with external providers like lawyers and accountants.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech-driven environment.
• Capacity to be nimble, pragmatic, and creative in problem-solving.
• Autonomous, independent, and communicative in a decentralized organization.
• Excellent organization and administrative writing skills.
• Proficient in French and English, both written and spoken.
