Overview

As a Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist at HubSpot, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the onboarding process of HubSpot's CRM platform, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

In Short

  • Serve as the main point of contact for approximately 30 customers.
  • Conduct strategic calls to drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Ensure timely completion of technical setups.
  • Train customers on effective use of HubSpot’s tools.
  • Assist in strategizing and launching growth-oriented campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Improve and scale the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Experience with software implementation or customer success roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple client implementations.
  • Skills in delivering engaging training sessions.
  • Experience in building marketing campaigns and CRM setups.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex software issues.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of API concepts is preferred.
