M&A Integration and Ops Associate, Corporate Development - Remote

Overview

The mission of HubSpot’s Corporate Development team is to expand and enhance our organization’s growth via strategic acquisitions and investments.

In Short

• Lead acquisitions and manage the deal process from business case development to execution and post-close value capture.
• Partner with deal sponsors and functional teams to develop integration approaches for acquired companies.
• Monitor the integration process and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Develop acquisition objectives and measurable KPIs aligned with transaction value drivers.
• Drive day-to-day integration execution management.
• Conduct reviews and post-mortems to refine M&A and integration playbooks.
• Develop and manage a scorecard for each M&A deal.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in M&A integration efforts.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving situations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of SMB markets and HubSpot customer values.
