Overview

As a Lead Services Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding our most sophisticated prospects and customers through the process of determining the right implementation and service strategy to support both their initial and long-term success with HubSpot.

In Short

  • Recommend the right implementation approach and ongoing services for HubSpot's most complex customers.
  • Diagnose customer needs based on business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Create customized implementation plans and recommend services.
  • Work directly with customers to define resource needs.
  • Establish clear milestones and project plans.
  • Present plans to the customer's Executive team.
  • Provide advice on HubSpot best practices and change management.
  • Contribute to the growth of the enterprise practice.
  • Build relationships with top Solutions Partners.
  • Lead key team initiatives and project management efforts.
