Lead Editor and Motion Designer - Remote

Overview

The Hustle is hiring a full-time Lead Editor & Motion Designer to define and scale the visual language of our YouTube-first editorial videos (long-form and Shorts). You’ll own edits end-to-end, elevate and maintain our graphics and motion system, and turn scripts into high-retention, visually coherent stories that make complex business and tech topics easy to follow and fun to watch.

In Short

Requirements

• 5+ years of editorial or documentary-style editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong editorial instincts and understanding of YouTube audience behavior.
• Expertise in color grading and audio cleanup.
• Experience with design systems and performance data.
• Familiarity with creative pipelines and data management.
