In Short

Editing long format YouTube videos (5–25 min)
Creating optimized automatic/assisted excerpts (Shorts/Reels)
Motion design (titles, transitions, animations)
Adding B-roll, animations, dynamic subtitles
Sound design & color grading
Creating effective thumbnails in the style of US YouTube
Optimizing rhythm and visual storytelling
Managing a clear workflow from rushes to delivery
Identifying the best moments without instructions
Maintaining Alphorm's video graphic charter / Personal Branding

Requirements

3+ years of editing experience
Experience editing videos for CEOs, business, tech, or educational content
Ability to deliver quickly
Proactive and suggestive
Understanding of YouTube/Reels/TikTok codes
Mastering Canva is a bonus
