Overview

The Inbound Success Coach (ISC) team is part of our Sales Organization and plays a crucial role at the beginning of the sales cycle. The ISC's mission is to support and address prospect queries while prequalifying sales opportunities for our Account Executives.

In Short

• Effectively manage high volumes of product and sales-related queries from inbound channels.
• Identify and provide best next steps or resources to assist customers.
• Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects via phone and live chat.
• Schedule discovery calls for assigned Account Executives.
• Close deals with small companies for starter and add-on products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the experience for customers.
