Design Leader for Growth Product Line - Remote

Overview

We’re searching for a results-driven design leader to join our UX team to help shape the future of our Growth product line. You’ll be leading and developing a team of product designers and UX researchers and partnering with product management and engineering to drive the vision for helping thousands of small/medium businesses sign up, onboard, set up, upgrade, and scale with HubSpot. This role has an opportunity to have a major impact in an established business line that is critical to HubSpot’s business strategy. This leader should also have the ability to communicate and influence a large dynamic organization to help bring the team’s ideas to the world.

• Experience leading design for scaled product-led growth teams.
• Strong point of view on applied PLG design quality.
• Excellence in data-driven design decision-making.
• Experience creating and maintaining a design system.
• Ability to coach designers for impactful outcomes.
• Experience with governance and quality guardrails for platforms.
• Several years of building and scaling high-performing design teams.
• Partnership with product and engineering leaders.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and consistency in design.
• Understanding of fostering team health and mission alignment.
