• Join the AI Team of Petal Search to improve search results.
• Work on state-of-the-art approaches in NLP, Information Retrieval, ML, and Deep Learning.
• Allocate time for research and development.
• Publish papers in top conferences like ACL, EMNLP, SIGIR, CIKM.
• Design and build scalable ML services.
• Deploy ML services to production considering resource constraints.
• Monitor models to evaluate and improve performance.
• Consult with teams to determine requirements for ML research.
• Transform research ideas into publications.

Requirements

• Strong background in Natural Language Processing.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques.
• Ability to design scalable ML services.
• Experience with data preprocessing and evaluation.
• Familiarity with publication processes in top conferences.
