Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst at Headspace, you will play a vital role in measuring and delivering insights that drive performance improvements in key areas such as enrollment, activation, engagement, retention, and member outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in Digital Health or SaaS.
• 3+ years working with executive leadership and aligning analytics with strategic goals.
• 5+ years focused on customer growth, engagement, and lifecycle optimization.
• 3+ years in managing data products for impactful outcomes.
• 3+ years in healthcare analytics (preferred).
• 5+ years of expertise in big data technologies (e.g., Redshift, S3, Databricks).
