Remote Licensed Therapist (1099 Contractor)

Overview

Headspace is currently seeking part-time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

In Short

• Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients.
• Complete clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session.
• Maintain a personalized database for licensure and personal information.
• Stay in regular communication with clinical leadership.
• Work with a collaborative care team.
• Offer a minimum of 5 sessions/week with flexibility.
• Must be licensed and reside in the US.
• Pay rate starts at $72-$77 per session.
• Access to a 12-month Headspace subscription.
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy.
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices.
• Ability to deliver concurrent documentation.
• Familiarity with care delivery technology.
• Effective communication skills.
• Independent clinical license to practice in good standing.
• Willingness to integrate technology into care.
• Night and weekend flexibility a plus.
• Experience with risk management and higher acuity cases.
• BC-TMH credential, if required by your state of license.
