Overview

Michelle's Interiors, a high-end interior design firm in Grayslake, IL, is seeking a Part-Time Social Media & Administrative person to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for social media and administrative support.

In Short

  • Assist with managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Assist with client communications and follow-ups as needed
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Requirements

  • Previous experience in social media, marketing, or administrative roles is a plus but not required

Benefits

  • Flexible schedule: 3 days per week (2 days remote, one day in the office)
