Overview

The Executive Director will lead Oral Health Kansas, focusing on improving oral health statewide through advocacy and coalition-building.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Residency in Kansas.
  • Experience in nonprofit leadership or public health.
  • Proven success in relationship-building and coalition leadership.
  • Knowledge of oral health systems and healthcare policy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the state and for national meetings.
  • Experience with grant management and fundraising preferred.
  • Commitment to health equity and access to care.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
